Jewellery is delicate and needs to be handled with care. Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. No monetary refund will be provided for the item.

What is covered under warranty:
1. The plating on the jewellery.
2. Stone setting.

What is not covered under warranty:
1. Breakage due to mishandling.
2. Damage due to exposure to heat/water/ chemicals.

How do I make a claim?
